By accessing or using the services, website, or events provided by Prescott Valley Performing Arts/Main Street Theatre (hereinafter "the Theatre"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or attend our events.

3. Ticket Purchases and Refunds

  • Ticket Sales: Tickets for performances are subject to availability. Prices and event details are subject to change without notice.

  • Refunds and Exchanges: Tickets are refundable up to the day of the event. Exchanges may be permitted at the Theatre’s discretion, subject to availability and any applicable fees.

  • Event Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, the Theatre will notify ticket holders and issue refunds or offer alternative arrangements, as applicable.

4. Code of Conduct

All patrons, volunteers, and participants are expected to:

  • Treat others with respect and courtesy.

  • Refrain from disruptive behavior during performances or events.

  • Comply with all Theatre policies and staff instructions.

  • Refrain from unauthorized recording or photography during performances. The Theatre reserves the right to remove individuals who violate this Code of Conduct without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content produced by the Theatre, including but not limited to scripts, promotional materials, and website content, is the property of the Theatre or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of Theatre content is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Theatre is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in events, use of our website, or reliance on any information provided by the Theatre. Events are attended at your own risk.

7. Modifications to Services

The Theatre reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services, events, or website at any time without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Arizona. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Arizona.
